 The [Harvard Mellon Urban Initiative](https://mellonurbanism.harvard.edu/) invites you to apply for the 2023 HMUI Urban Studies Grant. Please find a detailed call for proposals attached, and previous projects that we have supported [here](https://mellonurbanism.harvard.edu/projects). Projects can be conducted in Summer of 2023 or during the 2023-24 academic year. Proposals are due on 05/17/2023, and all Harvard affiliates are welcome to apply!

 Please also take note of the next meeting of the [Urban Conversations](https://mahindrahumanities.fas.harvard.edu/urban-conversations) series, now hosted with the Mahindra Humanities Center. For our next session, on April 27 at noon, we are doing things a little differently. We invited a new undergraduate student group to present on their ongoing interdisciplinary research projects.
