#  "The Burning Child" film screenings this autumn with Joseph Koerner, Victor S. Thomas Professor of the History of Art and Architecture

 Joseph Koerner’s film *The Burning Child*, released this year, will be screened this autumn with Professor Koerner fielding questions at: the [Metropolitan Museum of Art](https://www.metmuseum.org/events/programs/met-speaks/free-lectures/burning-child) (Sunday, September 22 ), the [Tisch School of Art at NYU](https://tisch.nyu.edu/cinema-studies/events/fall-2019/the-burning-child) (Friday, September 27), and the [Getty Museum](https://www.getty.edu/visit/cal/events/ev_2818.html) (Tuesday, October 15). The film is also an official selection of the 2019 Jerusalem Jewish Film Festival to be held in late December.
