If you don’t tell them or write them down, if you don’t make the picture, these things will not be seen, these things will not be heard” In this talk, he will explore his critically acclaimed production that began as a student of Harry Callahan in the 1960s.In addition to his devotion to teaching, Gowin has pursued a range of subjects in his art, including aerial photography of agricultural fields and nuclear plants, close up studies of moths, and portraits of his family.
