#  Time Zone Settings 

 



 **To minimize calendar time zone conflicts, please check the following, and set to EST (UTC-5):**

- Your Mac (System Preferences > Date & Time > Time Zone)
- Each Apple Calendar you may be using (Calendar> Preferences > Advanced > Time zone   
    support *enabled*, then in the calendar view, confirm the setting   
    above the search box in the upper-right corner of the window)
- Your Google Calendar settings (Google Calendar > Settings > Your   
    current time zone)
- Each *individual* Google calendar (Google Calendar > Settings > Calendars >   
    (click on calendar name) > Calendar Time Zone)
- Each mobile device that you sync with (phones/tablets)
