PERFORMA Biennial 2025: Aria Dean and Carrie Lambert-Beatty in conversation

As part of the PERFORMA Biennial 2025, Professor of HAA and AFVS Carrie Lambert-Beatty and artist Aria Dean will discuss nationalism, postmodernism, fiction, form, and many meanings of the word projection in relation to The Color Scheme (2025), Dean's Performa commission loosely based on the actual encounter of Alain Locke and Claude McCay in Berlin shortly after the First World War.
