Phillips Modern & Contemporary Art Summer Research Internship (New York)

3 MONTH PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIP- – Phillips is currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who work well in deadline-driven environments for our fixed-term, 3-month-long Summer internship with a Monday-Friday 9am-6pm schedule in the Modern & Contemporary Art department, beginning on June 2, 2025 and ending on August 8, 2025. The deadline to apply is February 1st, 2025.
Based in our New York Headquarters at 432 Park Avenue, this role is great for someone looking for a long-term career in the auction world, and who is interested in high level research in a fast-paced environment. Interns will be trained in Phillips' systems and research procedures in order to directly contribute to the department.
By assisting in preparatory research and administrative duties for the Summer and Fall sales—the Modern & Contemporary Art Evening, Day and New Now Sales—successful applicants will benefit from this unique opportunity for professional development through hands-on experience in the art industry.
