A new HBO documentary, “Frederick Douglass: In Five Speeches”, will air on February 23rd at 9 pm. In the film, five of the seminal anti-slavery activist’s speeches will be performed, with context provided by scholars including Professor Sarah Lewis and Henry Louis Gates Jr.
